Medals were introduced in Advance Wars: Dual Strike. They are given for doing different achievements in the game, such as destroying so many megatanks. Each achievements has three medals that can be given to it. The Medals are split into four categories. They are All, Units, Foes, and Items. There is a total of 300 medals.
Medals
Below are all the medals and the requirements to get the medal.
All
The All Category is based on the entire game of Advance Wars: Dual Strike. There are medals for completing Survival mode, Rankings, Tag powers, etc. This is the biggest of the four categories.
Units
The Units Category is based on units being built.

- 2nd medal: 300 infantry
- 3rd medal: 700 infantry
Mech Destroyed
- 1st medal: 100 mech
- 2nd medal: 200 mech
- 3rd medal: 500 mech
Recon Destroyed
- 1st medal: 50 recon
- 2nd medal: 100 recon
- 3rd medal: 300 recon
Anti-Air Destroyed
- 1st medal: 50 anti-air
- 2nd medal: 100 anti-air
- 3rd medal: 300 anti-air
Tanks Destroyed
- 1st medal: 50 tanks
- 2nd medal: 100 tanks
- 3rd medal: 300 tanks
Medium Tanks Destroyed
- 1st medal: 30 medium tanks
- 2nd medal: 60 medium tanks
- 3rd medal: 150 medium tanks
Neotanks Destroyed
- 1st medal: 30 neotanks
- 2nd medal: 60 neotanks
- 3rd medal: 150 neotanks
Megatanks Destroyed
- 1st medal: 10 megatanks
- 2nd medal: 20 megatanks
- 3rd medal: 50 megatanks
Artillery Destroyed
- 1st medal: 50 artillery
- 2nd medal: 100 artillery
- 3rd medal: 300 artillery
Rockets Destroyed
- 1st medal: 30 rockets
- 2nd medal: 60 rockets
- 3rd medal: 150 rockets'
Items
The Items Category is based on destroying the many items Black Hole makes, such as the Black Crystal and Oozium. There are other items though, like pipelines.
