Striking Distance is the seventh level in the Battalion Wars campaign.

Intel

The Western Frontier's 51st Bomber Squadron is fueled up and inbound, ready to soften up the enemy border strongholds. Deploy your Artillery and take out the enemy Radar Stations before the bombing run begins!

The mission has a time limit once enough enemies are eliminated, so you'll need to act fast. Use your Artillery to take out the MG Towers on the far side of the river, then cross over the eastern bridge (infantry can cross in the shallow western waters, too) to start attacking the Tundrans. Like with any mission, destroy the enemy tanks with your Bazooka Vets (be sure to cover the west flank of your Artillery with the AI Bazooka Vets, and use a manual one to support the rest of your infantry), and ground the Gunships with your Missile Vets. Once the immediate vicinity is clear, order your infantry to capture the flag. You'll need to repeat this twice more. Clear out the Tundrans before capturing the other flags. The mission ends once you capture all three flags.
