Olaf's Navy is the sixth mission of the Advance Wars campaign. It is the first campaign map to feature Fog of War. If the player wins by rout in the original Advance Wars, they will proceed to Olaf's Sea Strike. In doing so, Olaf is used in The Final Battle! as well as making him available for purchase in Battle Maps after clearing the campaign; otherwise the next mission is Sami's Debut!. If the player wins by HQ capture, this will be the last mission where Olaf is battled in the Campaign.

In Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, Olaf's Sea Strike will be the next regardless of HQ capture or rout.

Background

Before the mission begins Nell warns Andy, Max, and the advisor that Olaf is on the move with a massive armada, which Andy and Max note as they initiate the battle. A conversation on Fog of War arises, which the player can skip by telling Andy they still know what it does.

Olaf once more revels in his large navy, ignoring Grit's warnings on not having many units deployed inland. When the battle is done, Olaf will either deploy his Sea Strike Force (if victory is obtained by rout) or will tell Grit he must go and pay respects to an unknown man. In Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, Olaf simply tells Grit that things are under control and deploys his force in Sea Strike (if victory is obtained by HQ capture).

The next mission is either Olaf's Sea Strike or Sami's Debut!.
