Penny
Penny, ローミィ (Roomi Romy) in the unreleased Japanese version (Famicom Wars DS: Ushinawareta Hikari), is a Commanding Officer in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin and the youngest daughter of Caulder.

Role[edit | edit source]
Penny acts as a whimsical antagonist in the Campaign mode.
Penny offers no boost at all to any units, instead relying on her weather immunity (which affects all of her units whether in zone or not) and CO Power. Using Penny is a gamble since the weather selected for her CO Power is random.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Penny is carefree and possibly a little unhinged. In the North American translation, she refers to Mr. Bear's opinion often who seems to act as a secondary conscience.
Relationships[edit | edit source]
Penny cheerfully follows her father and siblings' orders but doesn't appear to regard them with any strong feeling. Her personality allows her to get along with just about anyone provided they can stand her banter.
