Black Arc

The Black Arc is a Lash invention present in Advance Wars: Dual Strike. It is present in the missions Victory or Death! and Omens and Signs, where it must be destroyed on the top screen.

In-depth

The Black Arc is a flying fortress, defended by minicannons (4 in Victory or Death!, 8 in Omens and Signs) that must be destroyed in order to bring it down. While it is active, it will defend the map's objective, causing any attacks to do no damage. In Victory or Death!, it drops a bomb every turn that deals 5 damage, centered on the middle base. The Black Arc's minicannons can be hit by any air units sent to the top screen.

Trivia

The Black Arc's minicannons are unique in that they can be attacked by both fighters and bombers.

According to Lash, the Black Arc flies roughly 33,000 feet (6.25 miles or just over 10 kilometers) in the air.
