Jugger is a Commanding Officer for Black Hole. He debuted in Advance Wars: Dual Strike. He is a member of the Bolt Guard.

Von Bolt[edit | edit source]
Jugger is in “utter awe” when he thinks about how much energy Von Bolt's chair has.
Kindle[edit | edit source]
Jugger is loyal to Kindle but unlike Koal, Jugger fears Kindle. Jugger starts to feel awkward when he gets close to Kindle. Kindle blames Jugger when they lose together, similar to Koal, but unlike Koal, Kindle threatens Jugger, only for Jugger to question her.
Koal[edit | edit source]
Koal seems to care (or shows concern) about Jugger. Jugger and Koal are compatible enough to have their own Tag Break. It's possible that Jugger and Koal have a better relationship with each other than Kindle. After they both failed in "The Long March", Koal leaves Jugger alone to "go clean up his mess" much to Jugger's dismay.
Cloned Drake[edit | edit source]
Cloned Drake does everything Jugger ask of him without question.

Jugger is a variation of Flak, who is a variation of Nell.
In Advance Wars: Dual Strike[edit | edit source]
- Day-to-Day (D2D): Jugger has a luck range of 30 to a bad luck range of 15.
- CO Meter:
- CO Power: Overclock - Jugger's luck range changes to 55 luck and 25 bad luck. (Standard +10% firepower and defense.)
- Super CO Power: System Crash - Jugger's luck range changes to 95 luck and 45 bad luck. (Standard +10% firepower and defense.)
