Line in the Sand is the sixth level in the Battalion Wars 2 campaign.
As the mission begins, the player has little time to prepare for the incoming Tundran forces. Send two Grunts into the MG Nests, and order the other units to guard the Capture Point. Two enemy Tanks will roll in, so use the Bazooka Vets to destroy them. Once they are gone, more enemy Tanks will approach, so destroy them with the same method. Eliminate the enemy Grunts, and Frontier reinforcements will arrive. Now things get interesting — a timer appears under the radar screen, giving the player only 14 minutes to capture the enemy Airbase. The easiest way to handle this is to capture the Tundran-held Factory and Barracks on the way. Head out west to the Factory, and bring all available units. Destroy all enemy Tanks with Bazooka fire, and use the Grunts to take out the rest. Keep the Anti-Air Vets close; if a stray Gunship takes an interest, use them to shoot it down. Capture the flag to claim the Factory, and manufacture Artillery reinforcements.
Jump into the Recon, and lead the other Frontier forces east to reach the Barracks. Clear out the Tundran Grunts, and use the Bazooka Vets to blow up the two Light Tanks. Raise the flag to claim the Barracks for the Frontier, and supply additional infantry. Take control of an Artillery and roll out towards the Airbase, shooting out all MG Towers on the way. Closing in on the Airbase, use the Anti-Air Vets to shoot down the Tundran Gunships from afar. Send the Bazooka Vets in to deal with the Light Tanks, and prepare the Anti-Air Vets for another wave of Gunships. When the skies are clear, capture the flag to claim the Airbase, and victory.
