Neotanks?! is the thirteenth mission of the Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising campaign. Blue Moon forces have located one of Black Hole's secret labs, and when captured, the research inside allows the player to build their own Neotank units.

Background

Olaf indignantly complains to Grit about the Black Hole Army invading Blue Moon's territory as they approach the enemy laboratory.

The mission begins once the Blue Moon COs are detected. Lash then commences the laboratory's self-destruct sequence to prevent the Neotank plans from falling into their hands, stating that it will take 15 days to complete.

After the mission is accomplished and the plans are acquired, Olaf orders the Neotank assembly to begin immediately in preparation for future battles.
