In Advance Wars: Black Hole Rising, Adder is one of the four newly introduced commanders of the Black Hole Army. He is given command of the invasion of [[Yellow Comet]], but acts as a CO in other nations as well, most notably in the [[Blue Moon]] mission [[Tanks!!!]] where he tries to pursuade [[Grit]] to join the Black Hole Army.

Adder does not feature in the Advance Wars: Dual Strike campaign, making Advance Wars 2 his first and only appearance. He can, however, be selected in Versus and War Room mode after beating Campaign mode.

==Personality==

Adder has an arrogant, narcissistic personality as shown his profile (Hit: His own face). He is known for his trademark laugh of "Heh heh heh". He cannot stand to lose a battle and often comes up with silly excuses such as blaming the weather when he loses.

==Relationships==

Adder looks down on [[Flak]] and [[Lash]], as well as pretty much everyone else other than [[Hawke]] and [[Sturm]]. Despite this, he generally gets along with the rest of the rest of the COs in Black Hole.

Despite having a Tag affinity with [[Koal]], the two have never met as far as we know.

Adder is arguably the most neutral CO available, as he has no particular skills during normal turns. He is the same in the two games he features in.
