Penny
From Wars Wiki
Penny is a Commanding Officer in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin and the youngest daughter pf Caulder.
Role
Penny acts as a whimsical antagonist in the Campaign mode.
Penny offers no boost at all to any units, instead relying on her weather immunity (which affects all of her units whether in zone or not) and CO Power. Using Penny is a gamble since the weather selected for her CO Power is random.
Personality
Penny is carefree and possibly a little unhinged. She refers to Mr. Bear's opinion often who seems to act as a secondary conscience.
Relationships
Penny cheerfully follows her father and siblings' orders but doesn't appear to regard them with any strong feeling. Her personality allows her to get along with just about anyone provided they can stand her banter.

- CO Zone: None (default zone bonus only). Radius: 3.
- CO Power: Summons rain, snow, or sandstorm for 3 turns.
