I believe my values are correct, when the CO Power boost is excluded. The values in brackets are accurate. Tho I do suppose I should’ve changed the text to say “including the CO Power Boost”; that’s less confusing. | |||

Warsworldnews, AWBW, the Advance Wars Wiki all have it listed as being up to +20% luck.
