Clear (weather)

Clear weather is the normal weather that occurs during battles in Advance Wars. Throughout all Advance Wars games, clear weather has no adverse effects on movement or visibility, and the standard movement and visibility statistics come from clear weather. It is the default weather condition on any War Room map, only altered by Olaf's or Drake's CO Powers.
