::The one on Bulbapedia is good, but the text would need quite a lot of changes until the wiki grows more (there isn't a 'team of staff' just yet, or a userspace policy). The bot works by placing the Welcome template on peoples' talk pages automatically, via a series of templates, hooks and MediaWiki namespace pages. Although if the bot's decided against, I check RecentChanges quite regularly, and can help with doing it manually.
