Jess (Japanese: ハンナ Hannah) is a Commanding Officer enlisted in the Green Earth army. A master of vehicular combat, all of her Vehicle units have increased range and attack power. She is a new CO from Advance Wars 2.

Day-to-day: Jess's vehicle units have 10% more firepower. All other units, including infantry, have 10% less firepower.

CO Power: Turbo Charge: Jess fully recharges the fuel and ammo of all her units. Her vehicles get one extra movement space and their attack and defense is raised to 130/110. All other units get 110% defense.

Super CO Power: Overdrive: Jess fully recharges the fuel and ammo of all her units. Her vehicles get two extra movement spaces and their attack and defense is raised to 150/110. All other units get 110% defense.

Super CO Power: Overdrive: Jess fully recharges the fuel and ammo of all her units. Her vehicles get two extra movement spaces and their attack and defense is raised to 170/110. Her footsoldiers become 110/110 and all other units, 100/110.
