Yuan Delta is a Commanding Officer of the Red Star Army in the Famicom Wars series. In the original Famicom Wars, Yuan Delta appears in the cover art as a veteran commander who created the game itself to train young COs as his successor.[1] In Super Famicom Wars, he is a playable CO who has no special skills but is overall balanced.
