Hetler is the Commanding Officer of Yellow Comet in Super Famicom Wars. He is a parody of the German dictator Adolf Hitler.
"Das Volk, mein Schild" is his motto and as such he is defensive of his units and properties, but is also a coward and not very aggressive.
