Helipad

A Helipad is a strategically-placed landing platform for allied aircraft, and one-shot chance for reinforcements, first introduced in Battalion Wars 2.

This landing zone is always accompanied by a radio tower nearby. The player's infantry must secure the tower to send the distress signal. An allied Air Transport will then arrive with allied reinforcements. Each Air Transport has the capacity to deliver at most a single Light Tank and five infantry. The reinforcing units depend on the level; an Air Transport could deliver a single tank, a group of infantry, both tank and infantry, or an Anti-Air Vehicle.
