Drake is a Commanding Officer from Green Earth. He debuts in the Advance Wars Campaign mission Captain Drake!.

Drake is a former pirate. He as known as モップ (Moppu; Mop) in the Japanese versions of the games.

Drake and Eagle return in the second game.

In Advance Wars: Dual Strike

Drake himself does not make an appearance; however, he is cloned by the Black Hole army and is fought against in the mission Pincer Strike

Day-to-day: Drake's naval units have 10% stronger defences and +1 movement range, but his air units are 30% weaker in attack. Drake's vehicles get no penalty to movement in rain. When the "random weather" option is on, Drake makes it more likely to rain.

CO Power: Tsunami: Every single enemy unit gets -1HP (without being destroyed) and also their current fuel halved. Drake's naval units get 120% defence, everything else 110% defense.
