== Basic Usage ==
Despite being noticeably costlier, Battleships do not have much greater firepower than Rockets; rather, they differentiate themselves from Rockets with their greater attack range and much higher durability. Like all indirect combat units, Battleships can be used as powerful area denial and control tools. Their mobility is limited to the water, which serves as a double-edged sword. While they can more easily avoid direct land attacks, they are also more vulnerable to naval threats and cannot traverse land.
Even with their impressive durability, Battleships are still immensely vulnerable to Submarines and air units. They can potentially shoot down unsubmerged Submarines, but are still completely helpless against the latter. Because of this, Cruisers are most commonly used as escorts for Battleships.
