He made his debut in Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, and was last seen in Advance Wars: Dual Strike. He does not specialize in any particular unit, but all those under his command receive a slight attack boost. He is initially portrayed as being cold and calculating, caring for nothing but power. However, this is toned down somewhat in Dual Strike, as he ultimately helps take down Von Bolt and restore life to the dying continent.
